- Do I need Apple Music?
- No. Everyone hears 30-second previews. Full songs play with an Apple Music subscription.
- How many songs can I forbay?
- Up to ten a day. The count resets at midnight UTC.
- Can I change my country?
- Your country is set once when you sign up. You can listen to any country’s feed from “Listening to”.
- Someone is bothering me.
- Open their profile and tap Block. You won’t see their forbays. Email us if you need more help.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, open Profile, tap “⋯” (top right), choose “Delete account” and confirm with Apple. It is immediate and permanent: your forbays, saves, likes, followers, following and notifications are deleted, and we ask Apple to revoke Forbay’s Sign in with Apple access. If you no longer have the app, email support@forbay.live and we will delete your account within 30 days; we may ask you to write from the email of your Apple ID to verify it is yours. The same Apple ID can sign up again later as a new, empty account.
